Hello! I’m Morgan Eddington, owner of E&S. I’ve been providing professional property maintenance, facility maintenance, and repair services since 2014. My career began managing multiple commercial properties, where I learned firsthand that clear, consistent communication is just as important as quality workmanship. That focus on communication is something clients continue to value and mention today.
In 2016, my family and I relocated to the Athens, GA area, where I quickly recognized a growing need for dependable, skilled tradespeople. To help meet that demand, I switched to hands-on work and spent three years apprenticing under a licensed General Contractor, specializing in remodeling, repairs, and ongoing facility maintenance. That experience laid the foundation for delivering reliable, detail-oriented service to both commercial and residential clients.
E&S has been a vision I’ve developed throughout my career as a tradesman, officially taking shape in 2021. Today, I proudly serve businesses and property owners as a residential and commercial handyman throughout Athens, GA to Buford, GA, and the surrounding North Georgia communities, offering trustworthy handyman and facility maintenance solutions tailored to each client’s needs. As a family-driven business, my goal is not only to support my clients but also to build a company rooted in integrity—one my children may one day be proud to be part of.
