Meet Eddington and Sons.
Hello! I'm Morgan Eddington, the craftsman behind Build-ES.
I've been working in the trades since 2014, beginning my career managing commercial properties before moving into hands-on carpentry, remodeling, and repair. Those early years taught me that good work is about more than the finished product—it's about listening, communicating clearly, and taking the time to understand the problem before reaching for a solution.
After relocating to the Athens, Georgia area in 2016, I apprenticed under a licensed General Contractor, where I spent three years learning the craft of remodeling and residential repair. That experience shaped the way I approach every project today: with patience, attention to detail, and a respect for the homes people have worked hard to build.
Build-ES became a reality in 2021, but the vision behind it has been growing throughout my entire career. While I've worked in both residential and commercial settings, my focus today is helping homeowners with thoughtful carpentry, remodeling, and repairs. Whether it's restoring something that's been neglected, solving a difficult problem, or building something new, my goal is always the same—to do work that lasts and feels like it belongs.
As a family-owned business, I'm grateful for every opportunity to work in someone's home. I believe trust is earned through honesty, craftsmanship, and treating each project with the same care I'd want for my own home. My hope is that every job reflects not only the quality of my work, but the kind of person I strive to be.
