Businesses need to keep moving, and on occasion hiccups happen.
Below is a collection of completed projects. Mostly ranging in the maintenance to repair task.
While I do possess a moderate level of confidence to accomplish most task, a licensed technician may be required depending on your business needs.

Dissipation pan in refrigeration unit was causing shorts due to grease and food entering the pan, leading to the heating coil to deteriorate. This resulted in causing the GFCI outlet to trip.

Ordered new unit. If you can see in the unit on the right, the heating element is no longer a solid piece.

Installed dissipation pan.

Faulty GFCI was installed, leading to trips from refrigeration unit.

While other issues may lead to a trip, measures were taken to make sure the issue was not coming from unit attached to the outlet.

Mobile refrigeration unit was on location for a new restaurant. With a last minute pickup, I was called in to detach the unit from the power supply.

This required locating exterior j-box and unwiring the unit.

And then securing wiring to the refrigeration unit, so that it can be picked up.

Low-voltage incandescent ceiling lights had gone out.

Because the wiring was a strandad push to connect, new units were needed.

With new units installed as warm LEDs for further life of unit.

Correcting low pressure issue with bathroom faucet.
